Election of Board Members
Board Members are being elected on the Annual General Meeting in January every year. There are nine Board Member positions and they are elected for a three year period. Each year three Board members are replaced or reelected.
Election of Officers
Officers are being elected as replacement for an officer, that has decided to withdraw from his or her officer duties.
Board meetings
Board meeting is being conducted the second Thursday every month. Any club member is welcome to participate in the monthly meetings, if she or he so wishes.
