This was the first outing of the reformed Jaguar Owners Club of Oregon. Tour leader Al Roberts led the tour at fast pace from Lake Oswego to Molalla, over Mount Hood Kah-Ne-Ta Hot Springs, where they stopped for lunch.
After lunch, on through the beautiful Tygh Valley, where, at one point, the Jaguars had to give the right of way to some wild horses, who just about collided with the lead cars, as they crossed the highway.
From Tygh Valley, the Club arrived to the Dalles on Columbia River, inspected John Day Dam and then continued onto Eddie May’s Restaurant in Hood River for dinner.
