Shop Tour AND Private Car Collection Tour

We will be provided with Coffee and Donuts at Vintage Underground Company and tour two different buildings. We will visit the body shop and the interior shop. They are an old school restoration shop that builds their own “bucks” and hand forms body panels the old way. Fascinating to see. We will then go to lunch at a local restaurant and details will be provided to all registered, and then we will tour the magnificent Haugland collection which is also close by. The Haugland collection is filled with cars you have never seen before and its always changing – Alex and Amy Haugland will be on hand to give us the tour and explain all the many cars in their wonderful collection.
About Vintage Underground (VU)
This is a distinguished destination shop in Eugene, Oregon, specializing in vintage European and British car restoration and employing over 30 highly motivated and talented individuals. About Haugland Collection
It is based in Eugene, Oregon, and is a quickly growing, diverse private collection of foreign classic automobiles belonging to Alex and Amy Haugland. The collection consists of over 140 cars from 5 different countries across Europe as well as Japan. The cars range from mass-produced entry-level cars targeted at the masses to unique low production race cars and luxury automobiles with the earliest from 1933 (Rolls Royce) to 2005 (Morgan Aero 6), although a 2017 Morgan 3 Wheeler is incoming. This is a great opportunity to see the collector’s love of the automobile. The majority of the collection are running, driving examples and are generally very good, but not perfect examples of the marque and model. In addition to the running cars, there are a number of current projects in the process of active restoration, as well as a few awaiting their turn.
